Nueva Andalucia

Nueva Andalucia

Nueva Andalucia is one of the most luxurious locations within the boundaries of Marbella itself.

Sweeping up from Puerto Banus, through what has become familiarly referred to as Golf Valley, this exceptional residential area is known for it´s tree-lined avenues and sublime villas, which sit privately behind their well-manicured hedges. The area is now developed to a very high quality and is today one of the most sought after locations in Southern Spain. Looking back at aerial photographs of the area, it is astonishing to see that as the port of Jose Banus was being developed, there was little else to see, except for the iconic Plaza de Toros, ( Bull Ring, now reformed into an entertainment and arts centre known as the Arena) and the verdant fairways of las Brisas Golf Club which was designed by Robert Trent Jones and built in 1968. Followed by los Naranjos Golf in 1970, and Aloha Golf in 1975, the area fast became known for its golfing delights and became fondly known as Golf Valley.

Today there are various areas with Nueva Andalucia which have proven to be very attractive to buyers, such as Aloha, la Cerquilla, las Brisas, los Naranjos, la Alzambra, Rio Verde and many others that provide a host of options from smaller apartments to magnificent villas.
